The website does not represent this excellent table well at all. I almost did not purchase it because of that reason. I took a chance and was not disappointed at all.The details of the table are very good. Connecting frames are "keyed" and "channeled" so they are stable when connected. The frames are also etched with letter code identifiers, not cheap stick on labels. The table includes a frame bag with cord locks that is not depicted or mentioned in the item description. The case has bias taped finished seams on the inside, a nice quality touch. The frame locking knobs are like those on Bogen and Avenger grip components, such as on the "Bogen Mini Clamps as an example. The shooting surface is well made and has rounded corners. It is not acrylic, rather some type of PVC that looks good and light well. The surface is a little over 1/8" thick. The table back frame locks in position securely with adjustable locking handle which are the repositionable type. The shooting surface slips between the frame rails and the L channels that are permanently fixed to the frame tubes and about 7/8" wide, suitable for clamping other components onto them like articulated arms, etc. which is very handy.The table surface is locked in place by six knobs that simply thread into brass inserts installed in the L channels and the knob shaft tips press against the table surface securing it from sliding. It's a durable design and works well.The table shooting surface remains flat as it should. Plenty of space for underside lighting such as Speedotron heads or similar. The frame storage bag and storage case are very well made. Overall this is a great small shooting table for in studio or on location use, I was surprised at it's overall quality. I am very fussy about all gear that I purchase and I am not disappointed in any way. Calumet, this is a good product and an excellent value! If you are looking for a small table at a excellent price point I don't think you can beat this one.
