This unit comes with everything except the AC cord which a small issue to correct. I will be using this for location shooting at weddings and for portrait work in studio and on location.
Pros: Simple Controls/Menu, Consistent Output

For the price paid this unit is a worthy product to own. Easy up and down button control, audible beep feature is able to be turned off, modeling light can be set to track output etc. All work as expected. If any quible it may be that the recycle times could be a bit faster but I expected that.
Elinchrom interface is a welcome feature as it requires a very common speed ring for softboxes if using third party ( I use Q39s the speed ring was available right through calumet.).
Pros: Simple Controls/Menu, Consistent Output, love the common elinchrom interface., low cost accessories like grids and holder., nice handle on the back good for it's price point
Cons: slow to repower up to 3 seconds at full power .
