I purchased 3 sets of LiteLinks 5 years ago, and they still work great, I have had them fire at random times on occasion, but when you consider all the devices that are used around us that are wireless and use radio freqs, that is understandable. Bottom line is I've been using these both on location and in studio and I'm pleased with the product, and would recommend them highly.
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Lightweight/Portable

I lost my Alien Bee Cybersync transmitter and bought these in a crunch. I have been using them for 8 months now. Sometimes they pre-fire. But always fired when expected. I dropped them on pavement when not secured properly but they still worked. No frustrations at all.
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Lightweight/Portable, Good for Experts, Easy Setup, Solid Operation, Good for Beginners, reliable
Cons: sometimes goes off on its own

in my personal studio, i use pocketwizards, but the company i shoot for has litelinks. they are easily the most frustrating piece of equipment in this studio. they habitually fire randomly, yet don't fire when i actually want them to!!!!!! i literally just took 6 photos, and finally, on the 6th capture they fired. full batteries, there's no reason they should be this unreliable. i would absolutely not recommend anyone to buy these.
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Poor Build Quality, they just don't work. period.

I bought a set of litelinks several years ago and I am very satisfied with the trigger system. I didn't do any research before getting them. I was in the store and needed them right away for a shoot the next day. The trigger system has taken a few beatings and they still keep performing.
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Lightweight/Portable, Good for Experts, Fast, Quiet, Easy Setup, Good for Beginners
