The FastenR-T1 converts the Manfrotto 200PL-14 Quick Release Plate (sold separately) from an R-Strap configuration to a monopod or tripod set up in one step.  Simply replace the Manfrotto supplied ¼-20 screw with the FastenR-T1, and create a universal set up that covers virtually any shooting situation.
